As an investment, this property should increase in value and the timber tonnage should increase also.Good place to invest and very little upkeep expense. Priced to sell!!

Water:  Water is not currently on the property but is available nearby.

Terrain:  Wooded hills with hollows.

Fences:  Partially fenced.

Game:  Wildlife abounds on the Property. The deer herd on the Property has been managed for years by taking only 8 point or more deer and harvesting doe to control the ratio. Turkey are plentiful on the Property. Bears have been seen on the Property and the occasional Mountain Lion, although no Mountains Lions have been seen recently. Oklahoma does not have a season on bear in the area of the Property at this time, but it is anticipated that one will open in the not too distant future. Feral Swine provide year round hunting to control the population.
