This very productive ranch is located 10 miles west of Frederick, OK and is immaculately maintained. 23 miles of excellent 6 wire fences and a centrally located cattle working facility make working cattle a snap. Excellent roads throughout provide easy access to all parts of the property. Yearly weed control program has been in effect for several years. 2 additional center pivots could be easily installed and water is readily available.
The owner has 400± 3 to 6 year old home raised cows, 25 Gardner Angus bulls and approximately 385 calves. All cattle can be purchased separately with the ranch. Other than the bulls, everything has been born and raised on the ranch.
